Assalamualaikum,

hey, I'm done baking for tonight. Choc Chip Muffins for my friends. As my birthday is coming soon, so I did something special to my friends. HAHA, not that special just muffin made by me :)

I can say, this is like my speciality. Not to be proud or something, but every time I do this muffin, it turned out to be nice. Every one gave good comments :)

I'm still not good in taking photos. It turned out to look good. Once you try it, the sweetness of the chocolate just melts in your mouth and it's just delicious :)

#Sorry I couldn't give the recipe because I didn't save it in the lappy.

Pastry -

250 ml (1 cup) water
150 gm (1/2 cup) butter or margarine

4 large eggs
1/2 tsp salt (reduce or omit if using salted butter or margarine)

Method -

1) Heat water, salt and butter to a rolling boil; reduce heat. Tip in the flour and stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms into a ball, about 1 minute.

2) Remove from heat. Add in the eggs, one at a time, while beating until dough mixture is smooth.

3) Heat oven to 200 degrees Celcius or 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

4) Use rounded teaspoonfuls (to tablespoonfuls, depending on the size you like) or a piping bag to make mounds of dough set about 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Butter Muffin

Assalamualaikum,

Now, Butter Muffin.
I did this ages ago. And it was also my first attempt.
I guess its a bit tedious job. For this one, I had to use an electric beater. But don't worry, it will turn out to be something like this :)

Ingredients:
200ml full-cream milk
2 cups of self raising flour
1/2cup of cornflour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 1/2 cups of caster sugar
4 eggs
250g of butter

1. Preheat oven to 170C
2. Line cupcake trays with cupcake papers
3. Sift the flour, baking powder and cornflour into a large bowl
4. Add the sugar and stir well
5. Add in milk and eggs. When thoroughly combined, add to the flour mixture.
6. Add the butter and, using an electric beater, beat until it mix together nicely.
7. Spoon in mixture into cupcake trays. Make sure you spoon it half of the cupcake paper

When it's out of the oven, cool it first.
Then enjoy eating it :D

Red Velvet

Assalamualaikum,

Weeeeeeeeeeee, today I baked RED VELVET CUPPY :). My first attempt turned out to be good. My mum is always the first to try and gives comments. My uncle and auntie are here, so they are like my judges. Sometimes when I bake, I feel like I'm in those Master Chef thing. GAGA, it makes me more focus, you know. But its just that I take my own sweet time to do it. :)

My mum and I daydreamed about having a my own bakery when I'm older. And we kept on daydreaming. But people say, it might comes true :). So if it does come true, InsyaAllah I'll name my bakery 'Bakar-Bakar' with a cupcake shape next to it ;) hahaha
So that's it for my awesome baking day :)

Apam Kukus

Good Luck :)

Apple Fritters

Assalamualaikum,

Since I like baking, my mum said to do a blog just especially for Baking. So I made it. I'll update the things I have baked in the holidays.

So this is Apple Fritters :)

I was meant to do 'Fried Banana's'. But NO banana's. So there were heaps of Apple. I did an experiment that day. The experiment turned out to be sooooooooooo goood. I just basically fried the apples with the banana batter.

That's it for now. Want the recipe? I'll just give even though you all already know.

Recipe
1. Apples (obviously) :D
2. The Adabi 'Pisang Goreng' batter
3. And a little bit of water

Just add them all together, and fry it. :)
